  MID ANGLIA CAMRA WINTER BEER FESTIVAL. At the Greyhound, Botesdale. Friday 27th November 4.00pm to 10.00pm, Saturday 28th November 12.00 to 10.00pm, Sunday 29th November 12.00 to 6.00pm (or earlier if the beer runs out) No entry fee, 12 cask ales from East Anglia but aiming to get beers not often seen in our area, and a cider Soft drinks, wines and spirits and food (food not until 5.00pm Saturday) available from the Greyhound. Snacks available from the beer festival bar Saturday afternoon

• The Norwich & District branch of CAMRA is celebrating its 50th anniversary Saturday 31 October 2026

  The Norwich & District branch of CAMRA is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a summer programme of special events across Norfolk. Following the announcement of the Norwich Beer Festival this October, members and supporters will enjoy pub tours, coach trips, walking strolls and social gatherings throughout July and August. Activities will revisit pubs featured in the Good Beer Guide 1976/77 and explore Norwich's Golden Triangle. Highlights include a 50th anniversary party at The Beehive on 1 August and visits to historic and award-winning pubs.
